This desk does not sell through marketplaces and cannot vouch for listings there. A bottle bought that way cannot be matched to our lot, carries no refund window from us and may be old stock. Heat and light affect botanical liquids, and nothing on the outside shows where a bottle has been.

• Unknown storage. A warm warehouse is a real risk for a liquid.
• Relabelled or repackaged bottles. Nobody can trace their history.
• No recourse. Only the seller you paid can help.

Can you buy Gelatide in Canada or Australia?

This desk ships within the United States. The free shipping on the three- and six-bottle packs is a domestic arrangement. Outside the U.S., three things change, and none is handled by this site.

1. Customs and import duty are yours.
2. Transit takes longer and is hard to predict.
3. Return postage, which the buyer pays in any case, becomes a large share of the order value.

Check the checkout before assuming delivery is possible. If the checkout will not accept your address, that is the answer. A bottle shipped by a third party abroad is outside our order book.
