The terms are short and they are stated in three places on this site. The window is 60 days from the date you placed and paid for the order. It applies to every pack on the ladder. A longer window applies only if the sales page prints one for a specific promotion.

How do you claim a Gelatide refund, step by step?
- Call first. Ring +1 (202) 604-0611 with the order ID from your confirmation email. A parcel that arrives without notice is harder to match.
- Write the slip. Full name, the email used for the order and the order ID. Put it inside the box.

What does a return really cost you?
The honest cost is postage. The buyer pays return postage, and no prepaid label is issued. For two glass bottles that is modest. For six glass bottles it is not trivial, since the pack is heavy and fragile.
Outbound shipping is also kept. On the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs shipping was free, so nothing is lost there. On the 2-bottle pack the $9.99 is retained. That is part of why the 2-bottle pack is $167.99 delivered.
Partial returns are possible. If you bought six and want to return four, say so on the call. Expect a refund for the value of the bottles you send back.
When is the best day to decide?
The window runs from purchase, so delivery time comes out of it. Add 4 to 9 business days of handling and transit and you may have spent about a week and a half before the first serving.
